Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital downloads (WordPress plugins, templates, customized optimization scripts, etc.), all sales processed through our store are final and non-refundable once the file link is generated or delivered. We advise customers to read item features and specifications carefully prior to making a purchase.
Hourly consulting, premium monetization audits, and custom roadmap architectures are services where engineering time is spent directly on your domain setup. Refunds are not provided for services that have already been conducted or compiled. If a scheduled consultation session is cancelled 24 hours in advance, we will happily reschedule at no additional cost.
Traffic campaign budgets are committed instantly to ad-serving exchanges. Once a traffic campaign has commenced or click delivery has started, budgets cannot be cancelled or refunded. If a campaign setup has not yet started, you may request a campaign hold or cancellation for a full credit refund.
We are fully committed to publisher satisfaction. If you encounter any execution bugs or compatibility issues with any purchased script, plugin, or theme, our team provides 12 months of active email and technical support to debug the issue on your server. Contact us for priority support.
