Refund Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026. This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for AdTechOpt services and digital products.
Digital Products
Digital product purchases may be non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided, unless a product is defective or a refund is required by applicable law.
Services and Consultations
Service fees may be refundable only before work begins. Once audits, strategy work, campaign setup, optimization, or consulting delivery starts, refunds may be limited based on completed work.
Traffic Campaigns
Traffic campaign refunds are reviewed based on campaign status, spend already committed, platform limitations, and work completed by AdTechOpt.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@adtechopt.cc with your name, purchase or service details, payment reference if available, and the reason for the request.
Review Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are processed through the original or agreed payment method when technically possible.
